The kids and I made cupcakes today for Gabe's Valentine's Day party at school. I was reminded once again what a nightmare I am in the kitchen....I somehow managed to miss one of the three ingredients. Sigh. Thank goodness Grandma Ryles happened to be at the grocery store when she heard our first batch turned out so badly and picked us up a fresh box. The second box did not disappoint...thanks Grandma! Happy Valentines Day to you all!
