On Saturday we took the kids to Lewis and Clark Caverns to do some cave exploration. Gabe was in heaven. He loved the hike to the cave, thought the "beaver slide" was the coolest, and even brought along his own flashlight hoping to see a bat.
Here is a sweet picture of my mom and Gabe holding hands, headed up the trail to the Caverns.
This is the beautiful view we enjoyed on the way up.
Spelunker. This was serious cave exploration. He turned his hat backwards, had his flashlight, and didn't miss a single detail.
Adyson was a trooper. She was getting pretty tired of being packed around but managed to hang in there till the end....and then promptly fell asleep.
